WHAT IS A SINGLE ENTRY BUSINESS VISA?

Planning to visit for a longer time?

If you want to catch up with family, attend a business meeting or seminar, then the Single Entry Visa is the one for you. This visa can be issued both onshore/offshore and you don’t need the hassle of constantly leaving and exiting the country.

The Single Entry Business Visa allows foreigners to visit the country with a permit of 60 days with the option to extend their visa 4 times. And each extension is valid for 30 days, overall you may be eligible to stay in Indonesia for a total of 180 days

It is important to note that this visa is strictly NOT for work as an employee or conducting any business in Indonesia.

Single Entry Business Visa Requirements

If your sponsor is a company:

A scanned color copy of your passport
Invitation/sponsorship letter from the company in Indonesia
A copy of the company’s business license
A copy of the company’s business domicile (from the regional office/kelurahan)
Tax Registration Number (NPWP)
Company Registration Certificate (TDP)
ID Card (KTP/KITAS) of the company PIC
Bank account statement (minimum balance IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah) or USD 1,500) of sponsor company

If your sponsor is an individual :

A scanned color copy of your passport
Invitation/sponsorship letter from the individual
A copy of the individual’s ID card (KTP)
A copy of the individual’s Family Registered Card (Kartu Keluarga/KK)
A copy of the individual sponsor’s birth certificate

A copy of your bank statement with a minimum balance of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah) or $1,500 USD
